General Manager – Full Service Hotel

Lead a Successful Hotel. Build Great Teams. Drive Exceptional Results.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the operations of one of our full-service branded hotels. This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving strong financial results.

As General Manager, you will have the autonomy and support to lead all aspects of hotel operations while developing your team, strengthening the property's market position, and creating memorable experiences for guests and associates alike.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Great People

Create a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Inspire and engage team members through recognition, coaching, and professional development.
Build succession plans that create future leaders within the organization.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship.
Ensure all human resources practices are administered fairly and consistently.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

Champion brand standards and service excellence throughout the hotel.
Foster a guest-focused culture that consistently exceeds expectations.
Actively engage with guests, gather feedback, and build lasting relationships.
Partner with department leaders to continuously improve service delivery and guest satisfaction scores.

Drive Financial Performance

Lead revenue growth and profitability initiatives across all areas of the hotel.
Develop and manage annual operating, capital, and marketing budgets.
Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and market share.
Utilize revenue management strategies, distribution channels, and technology platforms to achieve optimal results.
Partner with ownership and company leadership on asset management and capital improvement initiatives.

Strengthen Community Presence

Serve as a visible ambassador for the hotel and brand within the local community.
Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
Support charitable initiatives and community involvement opportunities for team members.
Promote sustainability efforts and environmentally responsible business practices.

Lead Daily Operations

Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
Provide hands-on leadership across all hotel departments.
Serve as Manager on Duty as needed and remain actively involved in the operation.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager of a full-service hotel.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, sales, and marketing.
Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build a positive workplace culture.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Willingness to work alongside the team and be actively engaged in hotel operations, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
