Machine Operator
Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime on Fridays as needed
Temporary assignment (approximately 6 months with potential to extend)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery
- Use hand tools and precision equipment
- Move materials using forklifts and power lift trucks
- Read route sheets and blueprints
- Perform quality inspections
- Help maintain efficient production flow
- Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, industrial, construction or related experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic shop math and blueprint reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
Machinist
Pay: $24.44/hr (includes 15% shift differential)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Overtime available on Fridays
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools
- Produce precision machined parts
- Read blueprints and geometric tolerances
- Use micrometers, dial indicators, and precision measuring equipment
- Perform machine maintenance and inspections
- Maintain quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years machining experience preferred
- Experience with manual lathes, mills, or CNC equipment
- Blueprint reading and precision measurement experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
CAM Machinist
Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Fridays off unless overtime is required
Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machining centers (3-axis, 5-axis turning and milling)
- Read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Perform quality inspections
- Complete machine setup and daily maintenance
- Machine stainless steel and other materials
Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC machining
- Programming, editing and troubleshooting experience
- G-Code knowledge
- Blueprint reading skills
- Experience with multi-axis machining preferred
Welder
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
5–10 hours of overtime, plus additional overtime when required
Long-term temporary assignment with potential for permanent hire
Responsibilities:
- Weld parts and components using MIG, MAG, TIG, stick and other appropriate welding methods
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and manufacturer specifications
- Plan and lay out work using shop math, measuring instruments and welding specifications
- Set up and operate a conventional lathe to prepare welded parts
- Identify and prepare materials for welding and assembly
- Perform welding repairs on raw and finished parts
- Complete welding installations according to technical drawings and work instructions
- Verify finished work meets quality and workmanship standards
- Troubleshoot welding, process and equipment problems
- Collaborate with machinists, assemblers and other team members
- Record production and repair information
- Perform heat treatment operations when required
- Maintain welding equipment, machines, tools and a clean workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
- Welding experience in a manufacturing or repair environment
- Welder certification
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of welding methods, materials, and quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive arm movements
- Ability to frequently lift materials with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
- High school diploma/GED and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Mechanical manufacturing or valve-industry welding experience
- PT and MT certifications
- Post-weld heat treatment experience
- SAP knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Full-time availability
