PFP Eligible up to $18,000

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales operations within a designated territory. This role focuses on visiting retail accounts, building customer relationships, and helping drive product sales, distribution, and shelf presence for the Eagle portfolio.

Visit assigned retail accounts to increase sales volume, monitor pricing, and maintain shelf placement.
Help expand shelf space and improve product positioning across the full Eagle portfolio.
Gather market and customer information and report insights on buying trends and customer needs.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help increase market share and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Make informed decisions on retail inventory needs based on sales history and performance data.
Attend sales meetings to review performance, discuss competition, and identify areas for improvement.
Represent Eagle at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
Strong analytical skills
Strong customer service skills
