Job description
Carter's Collective is a woman-owned, multi-generational Growing Fine Jewelry Brand in an exciting phase of growth. We’re looking for a creative, visually driven content coordinator to help shape how our brand is seen, felt, and remembered online.
Working closely with the President and Head of Marketing, you'll help bring our brand to life across social and digital platforms through elevated, engaging content that supports growth, community, and sales.
This is a unique opportunity to build a career in luxury and jewelry marketing while learning directly from seasoned industry professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience not only in content and creative marketing, but also in the world of fine jewelry, gemstones, client experience, and the inner workings of a growing luxury brand.
About the Role
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves content creation, visual storytelling, and creating elevated digital experiences. You'll help create and organize the content people see across our social and digital channels, from behind-the-scenes moments to product features, educational content, and campaign support.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing on content execution and creative direction while collaborating directly with the President of the company in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Shoot, edit, and organize photo and video content for social and digital platforms
- Assist in maintaining a content calendar aligned with launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Write captions, blog content, and marketing copy in the Carter’s Collective brand voice
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
- Stay current on social trends and help translate them into on-brand content ideas
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and marketing materials
- Organize content libraries, assets, and production timelines
- Support creator and influencer partnerships as needed
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives including events, email marketing, SMS campaigns, website updates, and other brand projects as needed
- Bring fresh creative ideas and collaborate with the team on new initiatives
Who You Are
- Passionate about content creation, social media, visual storytelling, and elevated digital aesthetics
- Internship, freelance, or early professional experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or related fields preferred
- Strong eye for composition, aesthetics, and detail
- Comfortable using social media analytics and performance insights
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting quickly
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing tools
- Confident behind the camera and editing content, but not necessarily in front of it
This Role May Not Be the Best Fit If You
- Prefer highly structured environments with detailed direction for every task
- Struggle with shifting priorities or fast-moving projects
- Are more focused on building a personal brand than contributing to a team brand
- Don’t enjoy creative problem-solving or content performance analysis
