MG+M The Law Firm is currently hiring experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Toxic Tort practice group, supporting our California-based legal teams. This position requires the ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to support our California offices. Experience handling California cases is a plus, though not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously.

Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys.

Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.

Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.

Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners.

Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time.
Candidate Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in Toxic Tort Defense litigation is required.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Westlaw, PACER, and/or File & Serve Xpress.
