Join a Growing Outdoor Living Brand

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager to lead operations for a fast-growing company specializing in premium aluminum sunrooms, pergolas, louvered roof systems, patio covers, and outdoor shade products.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understands how to optimize production, procurement, logistics, and inventory while maintaining exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and production operations
Manage domestic and international supply chain activities
Coordinate purchasing, vendor relationships, and inventory planning
Improve operational efficiency, lead times, and cost control
Develop production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
Implement quality control procedures and operational KPIs
Work closely with sales, installation, and project management teams
Lead warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment operations
Identify process improvements, factory consolidation opportunities, and technology optimization initiatives
Review and manage factory financial performance, operational costs, labor efficiency, and productivity metrics

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management
Experience within aluminum products, building products, outdoor living, construction materials, or related industries preferred
Proven experience in factory consolidation, operational restructuring, and manufacturing technology optimization
Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and production planning
Hands-on experience managing both fixed labor teams and variable/temp labor staffing models
Comfortable scaling labor requirements in line with seasonal sales demand and production fluctuations
Experience reviewing factory financials, budgeting, and operational performance reporting
Experience managing vendors and overseas sourcing
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
ERP / inventory software experience preferred
Ability to work onsite in Long Island, NY

Aluminum fabrication
Pergolas, patio covers, sunrooms, or outdoor shade systems
Lean manufacturing or operational optimization
Logistics and freight coordination
Construction or architectural product manufacturing
