Wood Lawn & Landscaping, LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Installer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in producing exceptional work, leading a crew, and creating beautiful outdoor living spaces for our clients.
The Landscape Construction Lead Installer is responsible for leading a crew in the installation of residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This position requires a hands-on leader who can safely and efficiently manage daily jobsite operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on a daily basis.

Read and interpret landscape plans and installation specifications.

Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, planting beds, sod, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and other landscape features.

Operate and maintain construction equipment, power tools, and company vehicles safely.

Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Communicate project progress, material needs, and jobsite issues with management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Complete daily paperwork, time records, and project documentation as required.

Minimum of 3 years of landscape construction experience.

Previous experience leading and managing a crew preferred.

Knowledge of hardscape installation, grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, and landscape construction techniques.

Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and other construction tools safely.

Ability to read construction plans and perform layout work accurately.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).

Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
