As an Immigration & Social Services Case Manager, you will play a vital role in helping immigrants, refugees, and migrants navigate complex immigration processes, access critical resources, and become thriving members of our community.

What You'll Do
- Guide clients through immigration benefit applications, including preparing USCIS forms and supporting documentation.
- Provide compassionate case management and individualized support to immigrants, refugees, and citizens of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Palau.
- Connect clients with housing, healthcare, employment, food assistance, and other essential community resources.
- Identify complex immigration matters and coordinate referrals to immigration attorneys.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and case management documentation.
- Conduct client intake, assessments, follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, community partners, government agencies, and legal service providers.
- Represent Pacific Gateway Center at community events, stakeholder meetings, and outreach activities.
- Educate immigrant communities through workshops and presentations on immigration policies, citizenship, labor rights, and available services.
- Assist with grant reporting, program evaluation, and continuous program improvement.
- Receive training toward Department of Justice Accredited Representative status, expanding your ability to provide authorized immigration legal services.
- Support fundraising, partnership development, and other organizational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, international studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience working with immigrants, refugees, or diverse communities is preferred.
- Nonprofit or community-based service experience preferred.
- Interest in immigration law and social justice.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and the ability to learn case management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.

COMPENSATION/HOURS
- Location: 95 Mahalani St. Wailuku, HI 96793 and remote as necessary.
- Pay rate: $26.00 - $30.00 an hour (based on education and experience), must be available to work on weekends and holidays, if necessary
- Benefits are not available for part-time employees under a 20-hour workweek
