Key Responsibilities:
- Work Schedule: 100% ICU position (currently 7 days on/7 days off with flexible scheduling arrangements)
- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment and management for ICU patients including cardiac, trauma, medical and surgical patients.

Perform all critical care procedures including POCUS, intubation, thoracentesis, paracentesis, LPs and life support access catheters.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations and end of life/goals of care discussions.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.

Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Document patient encounters, treatment plans, procedures and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
