Full Job Description

We are seeking a Field Clerk to provide administrative support at our construction job sites. This position plays a key role in keeping project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date while supporting field operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily files and documentation.
Process and organize material delivery tickets and receipts.
Assist with employee timekeeping and payroll documentation.
Prepare daily reports and production logs.
Order and maintain office supplies for the jobsite.
Assist project managers and superintendents with administrative tasks.
Provide general office support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative or construction office experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
