Job Title: Accuounts Payable/Back Office

We're looking for an individual who has great customer service skills and attention to detail. If you have the skills to complete the job functions listed below and an awesome attitude, please apply to join our team. We look forward to hearing from you.

REPORTS TO: Profit Center Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of general accounting principles

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
7 am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Working at desk

Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to customers and vendors
Process accounts payable
Process sales and purchasing documents accurately
Research and process credit memos
Process end of business day reports
Interact daily with employees and customers
Order office supplies
