We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team assembling premium fine art reproductions. Every piece you complete becomes part of a finished product that customers enjoy for years.
This is a hands-on production position where you'll learn multiple production skills while working alongside an experienced team in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
As a Fine Art Production Technician, you'll be cross-trained in several production processes, including:
- Stretching canvas artwork
- Building custom framed artwork
- Mounting artwork to acrylic, metal, and other specialty materials
- Laminating fine art prints
- Trimming and finishing artwork
- Reading and following production work orders
- Using hand tools such as staple guns, glue applicators, pliers, and framing equipment
- Performing quality inspections to ensure every piece meets our high standards
- Packaging completed artwork for shipment
Cross-training is encouraged, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills, increase your versatility, and grow within our production team.

Experience in framing, woodworking, manufacturing, cabinetry, furniture production, print production, sign manufacturing, assembly, or other hands-on production environments is a plus—but we're willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with FedEx or UPS shipping software
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with team assistance available for larger or awkward items
- Safely use hand tools and production equipment
- Occasionally climb a ladder to access materials
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate production noise
