Customer Account Specialist

What You'll Do

As our Customer Account Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the daily operation of our office by:

- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression

- Assisting customers with payments and account inquiries

- Scheduling appointments and directing customer requests

- Processing documents and maintaining accurate records

- Supporting loan officers with administrative tasks

- Following up on insurance, titles, and customer documentation

- Collecting and organizing information needed for loan files

- Scanning, uploading, and maintaining customer documents

- Helping customers understand the next steps in the loan or account process

- Escalating complex questions or customer concerns to the appropriate team member

- Helping maintain an organized and efficient office

- Providing exceptional customer service with every interaction

- Learning our products, systems, and procedures so you can become a knowledgeable resource for our customers

- Assisting with other customer service and account-support responsibilities as you grow in the position

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Experience in banking, lending, finance, customer service, collections, or office administration is helpful, but we value attitude, professionalism, reliability, and the willingness to learn just as much as experience.
