About the Role

As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will drive manufacturing excellence by translating complex engineering designs into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in G-code and machine optimization to enhance production efficiency and ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

Design and refine CNC programs to maximize machining throughput and precision.
Execute machine setups and oversee operations to ensure peak performance and safety.
Translate technical blueprints and schematics into finished, high-tolerance components.
Validate product quality through systematic inspections to guarantee adherence to specifications.
Partner with engineering teams to streamline workflows and resolve complex production challenges.
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics to reduce equipment downtime.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of programming iterations and production logs.
Foster team growth by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior operators.

Required Skills

Demonstrated professional experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
Advanced proficiency in G-code and manual programming techniques.
Expertise in interpreting complex technical drawings and geometric dimensioning.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and problem-solving.
