Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar is seeing an experienced General Manager to lead our team at our newly opened Coeur d'Alene location.

Twigs is known for delivering a polished casual dining experience with fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. Our General Manager planys a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a strong team culture, and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.

We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
Lead, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, and hospitality
Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to support operational needs
Monitor and control sales performance, labor costs, and operational expenses
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
Address guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and community engagement
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the restaurant

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Strong hospitality mindset and guest-focused leadership style
