Full Job Description

The Office Associate position primarily supports office and administrative operations within the warehouse and distribution department. The individual will spend the majority of the shift performing clerical work, data entry, paperwork, documentation, and monitoring daily operations.

This role will also assist with basic warehouse activities when necessary, including inventory organization, receiving, packing, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Sunday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Full-time position

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, documentation, and record keeping.
Monitor operations and assist with tracking schedules, activities, and daily workflow.
Maintain accurate and organized operational records.
Assist with coordinating communication between warehouse personnel, supervisors, and other departments.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other company systems to complete administrative tasks.
Review paperwork and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with resolving basic operational issues and communicate more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with basic warehouse tasks when needed, including receiving, packing, inventory, and organization.
Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office and work environment.
Follow all company, warehouse, safety, and operational procedures

Requirements

Must be over 21 years of age.
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
Must be able to complete repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout shift and for prolonged periods of time.

This role operates in a cannabis manufacturing setting where exposure to fine plant particles, such as dust from grinding or trimming, is common. The company provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain safety and comfort while working in this environment
