Join our dynamic culinary team as a Grill Cook/Prep Cook and bring your passion for food to life in a lively, fast-paced environment! In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, preparing delicious grilled dishes and assisting with food preparation to ensure every plate meets our high standards. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled items with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for various menu items.
Follow all food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials.
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
Assist in catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring timely meal preparation and presentation.

Requirements

Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable.
Proven experience in food industry settings such as restaurants or catering services.
Strong culinary skills including knife skills, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
