About the Role:

The Area Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated area, ensuring that each site meets company standards for performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and efficiency. The Area Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. By establishing strong relationships with staff and customers alike, the Area Manager will enhance the overall brand reputation and operational success. Ultimately, this role is crucial for achieving the company's long-term objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in multi-unit management within the retail or service industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to enhance team performance and customer service.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
