We’re looking for an Organic Growth Strategist who understands how to help brands win across both:
- Traditional search engines
- AI search platforms and answer engines
This role blends SEO strategy, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content strategy, and off-page strategies to ensure our clients are visible wherever discovery happens.
You’ll work closely with clients, analysts, the content manager, and external partners when applicable to develop and execute organic growth strategies that improve visibility, authority, and conversion across the modern search ecosystem.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Organic Growth Strategist to lead client strategy across modern search ecosystems, including traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
This role is focused on high-impact strategy, client leadership, and performance accountability.
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by developing a deep understanding of their value proposition, market positioning, revenue model and goals, and target audiences.
- Translate business objectives into clear, prioritized organic growth strategies.
- Own the strategic roadmap across SEO and emerging AI search environments.
SEO & Organic Growth Strategy
- Develop and guide execution of SEO strategies including content direction, site architecture, internal linking, technical priorities, and authority-building.
- Provide oversight for enterprise and large-scale websites.
- Partner with specialists for implementation.
GEO & AI Search Strategy
- Leverage in-house prompt engineering processes & workflows
- Manage 3rd party GEO platforms
- Execute content strategies to improve visibility in AI search aligned with client goals
- Identify opportunities for content to be surfaced or cited in AI-generated outputs.
Project Management
- Own project timelines and task coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Proactively track progress, identify blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Ability to work across multiple timezones to accommodate remote team collaboration and national/international clients.
Content Strategy Collaboration
- Partner with Content Manager on AI-powered, human-first content.
- Guide optimization of titles, meta descriptions, URLs, formatting, and structured data.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze organic performance, AI visibility, and engagement metrics.
- Translate data into insights, recommendations, and business impact narratives.
Client Leadership
- Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate SEO and AI search results clearly.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with analysts and specialists.
- Provide direction and feedback.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and organic growth leadership.Demonstrated curiosity and experience exploring AI search, generative search engines, or GEO strategies.
Experience with B2B & eCommerce campaigns
Experience with leveraging generative engines for SEO: Proven experience generating accurate results, QA + QC
Strong understanding of:
- Technical SEO
- Content strategy
- Authority and link development
Experience working with enterprise or large-scale websites.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to communicate complex search concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with tools such as:
- Claude
- Google Search Console
- SEMRush
- Screaming Frog
- AthenaHQ
- Monday.com
Working knowledge of:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Structured data
- Site architecture
Experience building data-driven narratives that demonstrate the impact of organic growth initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
