Job Summary:

The Sales Professional is responsible for assisting customers in finding the powersports vehicle or equipment that best fits their lifestyle and needs while delivering a professional, enjoyable, and low-pressure purchasing experience. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in product knowledge, sales skills, and customer communication, preparing associates for long-term success in dealership sales.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers to help them find the right powersports vehicle or equipment
Become knowledgeable about our product lineup, features, and accessories
Deliver exceptional service during every customer interaction
Maintain high customer satisfaction through follow-up and relationship building
Proactively prospect new customers through various channels
Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications to enhance product knowledge
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership goals

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position
Standard 8-hour shifts with holiday and weekend availability
Base pay + commission, with bonus opportunities available
