Job Title: Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary

At the Accident Centers of Texas we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal processes and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. This role involves managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and filed accurately. The Case Manager will work closely with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and case progression.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of clients (patient), ensuring timely follow-up on all case-related matters with Attorneys and internal departments
Review treatment plans and ensure clients are following through with medical care
Communicate with providers/Attorney office to obtain medical records and billing
Monitor treatment progress and provide updates to attorneys office and internal departments
Help resolve medical liens and billing issues
Provide guidance to clients regarding the medical side of their case
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate case records and documentation in the case management system.
Collaborate with attorney office on case management
Assist in project management tasks related to case timelines and deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements

Experience in a law office setting in personal injury case management domain
Strong knowledge of administrative procedures.
Experience with data entry and case management software.
Familiarity with personal injury law or family law is preferred
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
