Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency is required
Manage daily accounting operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules.
Assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting.
Monitor inventory records and perform inventory reconciliations.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations as requested by management.
Prepare management and owner financial reports and analyses.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with tax-related documentation as required.
Perform other accounting, administrative, and financial duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency is required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with a large corporation.
Experience in the golf course, hospitality, country club, or resort industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills.
Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
