Full Job Description

The Training Development & Recruiting Coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and learning management activities. This role coordinates hiring processes, administers the Learning Management System (LMS), and helps employees access training and development opportunities.

Recruiting & Onboarding

Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting through hire.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
Assist with offer letters and new hire paperwork.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.

Training & Development

Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Maintain training records and employee development files.
Track training completion and provide reports to management.
Assist with creating training materials and resources.
Support leadership and professional development programs.

Learning Management System (LMS)

Serve as the LMS Super User and primary point of contact.
Administer LMS user accounts, assignments, and training records.
Train managers and employees on LMS functionality and best practices.
Provide LMS support and troubleshoot user issues.
Create user guides and training resources.
Generate LMS reports and monitor system usage.
Recommend improvements to increase LMS adoption and effectiveness.

Other Duties

Perform other duties, special projects, and responsibilities assigned to support the Human Resources department and organizational objectives.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, training coordination, or employee development.
Experience with LMS administration preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Experience with ATS and LMS platforms.
Ability to train and support employees on technology systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
