WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will work directly with homeowners in a professional, in-person sales environment. The role is centered on understanding customer priorities, presenting appropriate options, and creating a positive experience throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meet with Customers: Speak with homeowners to understand their goals and identify potential needs.
Run Evaluations: Set and conduct appointments focused on assessing window replacement opportunities.
Explain Solutions: Help customers understand options that may improve their home's comfort, efficiency, and value.
Build Your Skills: Participate in regular training and learn alongside experienced sales and leadership professionals.

Each appointment is an opportunity to strengthen your communication, problem-solving, and sales abilities while helping homeowners make informed decisions.

During Your First 30 Days: Many new hires earn $5,000 to $8,000 during the ramp-up period.
