Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver

Harrington Bottling Company | Helena, MT

Pay: $21.23 per hour DOE + Bonus and Commission Opportunities Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday through Friday | Four 10-Hour Days Department: Sales Union Position: IAM (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers)

Are you a dependable Class A CDL Driver looking for a stable career with competitive pay, excellent benefits, a three-day weekend every week, and the opportunity to be home every night? Harrington Bottling Company is hiring a full-time Route Delivery Driver to join our Helena, Montana team.

As a leading beverage distributor, Harrington Bottling Company delivers top beverage brands to retail stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and other customer locations throughout the region. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, customer interaction, route delivery, merchandising, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Our Route Delivery Drivers play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely deliveries while maintaining strong relationships and outstanding service. You will operate a commercial vehicle, deliver beverage products on established routes, stock and merchandise products, communicate with customers, and represent Harrington Bottling Company in a professional manner.

One of the biggest advantages of this position is our Tuesday through Friday schedule, providing employees with a consistent four-day workweek and three consecutive days off. Drivers enjoy the independence of managing their routes while receiving the support of an experienced local team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will safely deliver beverage products to customer locations throughout the Helena area and surrounding communities. You will unload products, merchandise displays, rotate inventory, maintain positive customer relationships, and work closely with store managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Routes may include both local and regional deliveries depending on business needs.

This position combines the responsibilities of a CDL Driver, Route Driver, Delivery Driver, Merchandiser, Customer Service Representative, and Sales Support Professional, creating a dynamic and rewarding career path.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Minimum age of 18 years
Safe driving record with no serious traffic violations within the past three years
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route effectively

Experience in route delivery, beverage distribution, food and beverage delivery, transportation, trucking, logistics, direct store delivery (DSD), merchandising, warehouse operations, or customer service is highly preferred but not required.
