Job Description:
Ford of Helena is looking for a Senior Master Technician with proven expertise in diagnostics, drivability, and complex repair work. We are looking for someone passionate about providing high-quality repairs, mentoring team members, and continuing to grow with Ford factory training.
Job Type & Schedule:
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient work on customer vehicles based on repair orders
Use advanced diagnostic tools and Ford systems to troubleshoot and repair complex issues
Execute warranty and non-warranty repairs to Ford specifications
Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians
Stay current with technical training and certifications
Qualifications:
Ford Senior Master Certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of technician experience in a dealership environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
Ability to operate Ford diagnostic equipment and software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
