What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support both accounts payable and accounts receivable while helping keep our day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly.

Own the details: Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Support AP and AR: Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Keep records clean: Enter and maintain financial information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Solve problems: Research discrepancies and help resolve billing or payment issues
Support healthy cash flow: Generate invoices and assist with collections on outstanding balances
Stay audit-ready: Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized documentation
Support the close: Assist with reconciliations and month-end processes
Communicate clearly: Respond to internal and external questions about invoices, billing, and payments
Protect the process: Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls
Keep improving: Look for opportunities to make processes more efficient and accurate

What You Bring

At least one year of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience
A basic understanding of general ledger coding and accounting principles
Experience using accounting or ERP software
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills
A high level of ownership, dependability, and follow-through

By Day 30

You’ve completed onboarding and understand Natura’s core accounting processes
You’re becoming comfortable working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
You’re accurately processing routine AP and AR transactions with guidance

By Day 90

You’re independently processing transactions accurately and efficiently
You’re managing routine reconciliations and resolving common discrepancies
You’re consistently meeting deadlines and communicating effectively with internal partners

By Day 180

You’ve taken full ownership of your core responsibilities
Your work is consistently accurate, organized, and completed on time
You’re proactively identifying discrepancies and helping resolve them
You’re contributing ideas that strengthen our accounting processes
