Peak Financial — Life Insurance Sales Agent (Entry Level, Commission Only, Remote)

Read this before you apply. This is a full-time, 100% commission life insurance sales role for people who want their income to match their work ethic. If you want to bet on yourself and you're willing to be coached, keep reading.

What you'll do

You'll help families across California protect their income and their futures with life insurance. We give you the training, the mentorship, and a proven system. You bring the work ethic and the willingness to learn.

What we're honest about up front

- This is full-time. We're looking for people who can commit 40+ hours a week.

- This is 100% commission — no base salary. Your income is uncapped and tied to your effort. Earnings vary based on effort, skill, and results; there are no guarantees of income.

- Licensing is required. If you already hold a California life insurance license, great. If not, we'll show you exactly how to get licensed — we want people willing to get licensed within 30 days.

- We coach grit. When things get hard and results haven't shown up yet, we need people who ask for coaching, adjust, and keep swinging.
