Read this before you apply!
We are All Solutions Insurance, a retail insurance agency on the edge of Moreno Valley and Riverside. We are growing, and we are hiring across our departments — auto, home, commercial, and trucking. This is an in-person role. There is no work from home.
We are looking for two kinds of positions for each department, and part of your job is to tell us which one you are:
- Account Managers who take care of our clients day to day — including but not limited to servicing policies, issuing, and quoting across our markets.
- Producers who sell — writing new business and building their own book.
Some people are one. Some are both. Be honest about where you fit.
Pay: Let us be straight about it. If you are brand new and still learning, we will likely start you around $20–$21 an hour — but understand that is a floor for someone starting from zero, not a real number for the right person. If you already have experience in insurance or a similar industry, that will not go to waste; we will recognize it and pay for it. For producers, it is base plus commission — never commission-only. For the right person there is no ceiling — the limit is the sky. And if you are not the right person, that floor may not be on the table at all. Money is not what this is about; who you are matters more than any number. We will talk specifics once we know you.
Here is what makes this different — our markets. We hold direct appointments with carriers most agencies only dream about: Progressive, Mercury, Safeco, Kemper, Infinity, MAPFRE, Stillwater, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, Chubb, CNA Surety, Markel, Berkshire Hathaway Homestate, AmTrust — and many more, across both personal and commercial lines. Most agencies would kill to have a handful of these. We have direct appointments with all of them. Whether you are servicing accounts or selling, you will have the markets to actually get it done.
Here is who we are looking for. You do not need a college degree. You do not even need to be licensed yet. If you have the right attitude and the drive to learn, we will help you get there. What you must bring is that you care, take ownership, and can run on your own. We are not micromanagers and we are not babysitters. We give you real training and support, but you have to be self-driven. You either have it in you or you do not.
What You'll Do
If you are here to service and manage accounts:
- Manage a book of client accounts day to day across auto, home, commercial, and trucking
- Service policies start to finish — endorsements, renewals, certificates, billing, and coverage changes
- Prepare quotes for our producers across our carrier markets
- Be the person clients trust and reach for when they need something handled
If you are here to sell:
- Write new business across auto, home, and commercial lines
- Use our carrier appointments to place risks other agencies simply cannot
- Build and own your pipeline, your relationships, and a book you are proud of
Who You Are
- You genuinely like people — helping them, solving their problems, or selling to them
- Self-driven, organized, and accountable without being managed
- Honest, coachable, and hungry to learn
- Comfortable learning online and figuring things out on your own
- A California P&C or Personal Lines license is a plus — but we will help the right person get licensed
- If you are coming in as a producer and already have a book of business or relationships, that is a major plus — bring it, and we will reward it
- No degree required. If you have one, great. If you do not and you get the job done, that is what we care about.

Before you apply — this part is not optional:
I read every application myself. If you send a resume with no answers to these, I will know you did not read the post, and I will not open it. Take your time and be honest — this is the real test.
First, the quick facts:
1. Which role fits you — account management and service, sales and producing, or both? And why?
2. Where do you live? This is an in-person role on the Moreno Valley / Riverside line. Be honest about the commute.
3. Are you licensed, and in which lines? If not, do you have relevant experience, and are you willing to get licensed with our help?
4. If you are applying as a producer: do you have a book of business or existing relationships you could bring? Roughly how big, and in what lines? (Skip this one if you are applying for account management only.)
Now the ones I actually care about. You can make very good money with us, so money is not the point — I want to know what drives you. Be thoughtful. If you are only here for a paycheck, this is where we both find out.
5. What are you genuinely passionate about, and what do you want to do with your working life?
6. Beyond the paycheck, why do you think people should go to work at all? What does a job mean to you?
7. Money aside — if you could step into any industry in the world and take any role you wanted, what would you choose, and what would you do in it? What about it makes you smile?
8. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
9. How does your mind work off the clock? Do you like puzzles or board games? Do you read or write? Do you read books, or listen to them?
10. Be honest about focus: can you go more than ten minutes without checking your phone, or do you start to feel like you are missing out? How much does social media pull at you?
