Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Active CAMTC certification in good standing (required)
- Graduation from an approved massage therapy education program
- Completion of required massage therapy education hours through an approved school program (500+ hours preferred)
- Ability to provide professional Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage services
- Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe massage practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts
- Ability to create a positive, relaxing, and professional client experience
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and therapist availability
- Must have availability to work 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday)
- Must be available for at least 1 closing shift per week
- Minimum schedule commitment of 3 shifts per week required for hiring bonus eligibility
Hiring Bonus Requirements
To qualify for the $1,500 hiring bonus, therapists must:
- Maintain a minimum schedule commitment of three shifts per week
- Meet performance and employment requirements
- Successfully complete the required employment period
