Lead with Purpose – Join Our Team as a Dietary Supervisor
Facility: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute
Position: Dietary Supervisor
Salary: $70,304 – $75,000 annually

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Dietary Supervisor who can lead a team, maintain high standards, and bring energy into the kitchen. If you’re passionate about food service, leadership, and making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support daily operations of the dietary department to ensure smooth, efficient service
Supervise, schedule, and develop dietary staff to maintain high performance standards
Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring meals are safe, appetizing, and meet dietary requirements
Manage food ordering, inventory, and budget controls
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care
Monitor resident dietary needs, preferences, and satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in dietary services within a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
Excellent organization, communication, and team-building skills
ServSafe Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
Passion for providing quality service and enhancing the resident experience
