Lead Behavioral Health Innovation as a Director of Outpatient Services with a respected mental health organization in vibrant Las Vegas!
The Behavioral Health Program Director will join a well-established behavioral health system recognized for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across all age groups. This organization has built a strong reputation for stabilizing acute psychiatric needs and supporting long-term recovery through structured, evidence-based programs. The Behavioral Health Program Director will work within a mission-driven environment focused on safety, dignity, and positive behavioral change. With decades of community service and a broad network of inpatient and outpatient programs, this organization continues to expand access to critical mental health services across the region.
The Outpatient Services Leadership role will oversee outpatient behavioral health programming including intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services. This role will guide clinical operations, program development, and care coordination for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The Clinical Outpatient Director will support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality psychiatric and therapeutic care in a structured environment. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting clinical best practices, and promoting effective treatment planning. The Behavioral Health Program Director will play a key role in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and patient-focused care environment.
Reporting to senior behavioral health leadership, the Mental Health Services Director will provide supervision and support to clinical staff including therapists, counselors, and program coordinators. This leadership role involves staff development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, empathetic team culture. The Outpatient Services Leadership role will also support program expansion, quality improvement initiatives, and operational efficiency across outpatient services.
