Description of Role
The senior property manager will be the primary contact for managing a commercial real estate portfolio. The senior property manager will represent the property owner by providing high customer service to the tenants, maintaining the real estate in good condition, improving financial performance, and increasing the value of the assets.

Performance Objectives

Regularly follow up with Landlords and work in partnership with them in their real estate
Work with tenants and their facility requests according to their lease.
Coordinate with tenants in receiving rent timely.
Ensure bills are paid timely for the property.
Coordinate regular maintenance and periodic capital improvements for the properties managed.
Review and submit monthly reports to property owners including a balance sheet, income statement, owner statement, and property inspection report.
Look for ways to improve the value of the property.
Ensure monthly and annual statements are accurately delivered to clients and tenants.
Complete annual CAM reconciliations and set budgets for properties managed.

Requirements

2+ Years Commercial (Retail, Office, Industrial. Not multi-family) Property Management experience
Hold a Nevada Real Estate License and Nevada Property Management Permit.
A Bachelor’s Degree or similar credentials are preferred.
Prior commercial property management experience is required.
Proficiency in accounting or property management systems is preferred.
Maintain regular office hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and be available for after-hours emergencies.
Have a reliable vehicle and a smart phone available to use for business activities.

Compensation
Actual salary will depend on experience. We are looking for a highly experienced senior commercial property manager and pay will reflect the appropriate experience and what the individual can bring to the company.
