Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Private Chef to join our team in a unique hybrid role that extends beyond culinary expertise. This position involves not only preparing exceptional meals but also handling a variety of responsibilities to support an executive and their family. The ideal candidate will bring a "can-do" attitude and manage all duties with grace and professionalism, ensuring the household always runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Culinary and Grocery Management: Oversee all aspects of food inventory, including comprehensive grocery shopping several times per week. Ensure all ingredients and supplies are fresh and available to meet the household’s needs. Manage menu creation and meal preparation, focusing on the principals’ preferences and health, fitness, and wellness goals.
· Meal and Snack Preparation: Prepare a variety of entrees and dishes for principals and their guests, catering to individual dietary needs and preferences.
· Event Catering: Plan, prepare, and execute culinary offerings for special events, holidays, parties, and other entertaining occasions.
· Pantry and Storage Management: Maintain an organized and well-stocked pantry, refrigerator, freezers, and wine cellar. Regularly check for expired products and ensure proper storage of all food items.
· Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
· Waste and Recycling Management: Handle daily waste management, including emptying garbage and recycling bins.
· Physical Requirements: Be capable of lifting and replacing water jugs in the kitchen dispenser, with the ability to handle up to 45 lbs.
· Guest Experience: Provide responsive, professional, and gracious service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and always attended to.
· Vendor Coordination: Assist in welcoming vendors to the property for repairs or maintenance, providing instructions as needed, as directed by the Estate Manager or Executive Assistant.
· Additional Duties: Be prepared to take on other responsibilities as required to support the smooth operation of the household, always with a positive and proactive approach.

· Education: A degree in Culinary Arts.

The role requires a willingness to adapt and take on tasks beyond the standard job description to ensure the seamless operation of the household.
