About Us

Imagine Financial Group (IFG) is a Las Vegas-based financial services company operating across insurance, private lending, real estate, and estate planning. We're a fast-growing, close-knit team that isn't afraid to do things differently, including how we build and maintain our technology.

About the Role

We're looking for an IT team member to help develop and maintain our internal systems and websites. Our development process is heavily AI-assisted, and we move fast, iterating constantly using modern AI development platforms. We'll train you on our specific internal tools and workflow, but you should already be comfortable working in an AI-assisted, vibe-coding development environment.

What we can't teach is attitude. We need someone who shows up ready to learn, contributes ideas, takes ownership, and genuinely wants to grow with the company. We're building something, and we're looking for people who want to build it with us, bringing real effort, accountability, and follow-through every day. The tools are AI-assisted, but the results are still on you.

What You'll Do

Assist in website and internal tool development using AI-assisted development platforms
Help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our existing systems and applications
Collaborate closely with the team on new features, fixes, and ongoing projects
Learn our internal tools, codebase, and processes, and apply that knowledge consistently
Bring ideas to the table and take initiative on problems before being asked
Adapt quickly as priorities and projects shift

What We're Looking For

A go-getter with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to be part of a team
Highly motivated, coachable, and comfortable learning new tools on the job
Comfortable with technology and confident picking up new software quickly
Experience with vibe-coding platforms is required
Experience with Claude Code (or similar) is highly preferred
Experience with prompt engineering using models such as Claude, Grok, or similar is required
Experience with Make.com or other API integration platforms is preferred
Experience with enterprise design, debugging, and deployment is required
Experience with SQL and database design and tuning is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and reliability
Must currently live in Las Vegas, NV
