We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets to maintain organized records
Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support daily office functions
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients, ensuring efficient time management
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and positive client interactions
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure the office runs smoothly

Skills

Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, file management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions via multi-line phone systems
