We are a delivery service partner here in Hooksett, NH.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in delivering packages to our customers on time and with care. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will help us maintain our reputation for excellence. In this position, you'll navigate various routes, engage with customers, and uphold the highest safety and professionalism standards.

This role offers a perfect blend of independence and teamwork, making it ideal for those who thrive in dynamic settings. If you're comfortable driving in various weather conditions and can excel in a medium- to fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You'll use handheld devices to track deliveries and communicate efficiently with our dedicated logistics team.

Please note: Candidates who are hired immediately will proceed directly from their interview to a drug screening test. We do not test for marijuana!

Qualifications

Must be 21 years old
Successfully pass a criminal background check that looks back on the last 7 years of all criminal history
Must have a clean driver record history for the last 7 years and successfully pass a driving record check that covers the previous 7 years of driving history.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (Marijuana not included)
Must be able to pass the English Language Proficiency test
Reliable transportation to get you work.
Work 10-hour shifts from 9:45 am-8:15 pm.
Eligible to work for any employer within the U.S
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently
Be able to lift, bend, reach overhead, and get in and out of a van 150-200 times a day.
We operate 7 days a week in all weather conditions, and all employees are required to work one weekend day each week.
The workweek consists of 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, one of which is a weekend day. With 3 days off!
The work shift hours are 9:45 am—8:15 pm, with the possibility of ending your day earlier.
The shifts are 10 hours every day for both full-time and part-time positions, providing a regular and stable routine. Overtime is available during the holiday season.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Work Days: 4 days a week one of those days needs to be a weekend day
Part time is 2 days a week and we still need you to work one weekend day
Safely operate a company vehicle while following the rules and regulations of the company, along with state and local laws
Keep a physical pace during the day while working in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50LBS, step in and out of the company van 120-200 times a day
Able to use a smartphone device, follow GPS, and customer instructions
Confident working independently
Ability to solve problems quickly and on your own when needed.
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We strive to make all our customers happy!
Able to finish your workload in your 10-hour shift.
Team player willing to help coworkers when needed

Hired drivers are required to get DOT certified once employed; Dowd Deliveries LLC pays for the DOT medical card. Pay will be increased once DOT certification and training are complete
