We are looking for a warm, inspiring, and experienced Dietary Director to step into our kitchen, lead our food service operations, and elevate the dining experience for our residents and staff.

What You Bring to the Table

The Foundations: A degree in Food Service/Hospitality Management OR Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) / Certified Food Manager (CFM) status.
The Standards: A ServSafe Manager Certification is a wonderful plus.
The Heart: Natural leadership skills, strong organization, and a genuine desire to create a warm, dignified dining experience for the seniors in our care.

What You’ll Do

Nourish Our Community: Oversee all food production, design wholesome, comforting menus, and source fresh, high-quality ingredients that our residents look forward to enjoying.
Lead with Warmth: Recruit, train, and mentor a close-knit culinary team. You’ll foster a kitchen culture that treats every resident like a guest at their own family table, respecting their unique dietary needs and backgrounds.
Collaborate on Care: Act as a close partner and bridge between our medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure our dining service seamlessly aligns with exceptional resident care.
Guide the Kitchen Business: Keep our kitchen running beautifully and smoothly by managing the department budget, maintaining immaculate safety standards, and ensuring every meal reflects our high standards of quality.
