Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, clinical counseling, and crisis intervention, to diverse patient populations. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, promoting resilience and well-being. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Provide specialized counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with conditions like PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, and geriatrics.
Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety during urgent situations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, educators, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care.
Collect data for clinical research projects related to mental health treatment outcomes and behavioral health interventions. Requirements
Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in psychotherapy, mental health counseling, social work or related fields with a focus on behavioral health.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with medical records management.
Experience working with children and families in home or community care settings is highly desirable.
Proficiency in EMR systems and medical documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Skills in motivational interviewing, crisis management, diagnostic evaluation, case management and addiction counseling.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
Knowledge of psychopharmacology is a plus for integrated patient care approaches.

Job Description

Position Title: Therapist

Position Summary: The Therapist will -

Provide counseling services in accordance with the National Association for Social Workers Code of Ethics.
Practice within the scope of the Therapist’s education and experience.
Participate in Quarterly Audits.
Function and collaborate with clinic staff when appropriate and in the best interest of the patient.
Provide referrals for services when needed.
Coordinate with other organizational entities involved in psychosocial and mental health services.

Position Specifications:

Education

· Completion of an accredited Social Work program leading to a Masters of Social Work (MSW) Degree

Licensure

· Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri

Certification

· Must maintain current BLS

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
