Front Desk Associate (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
Paid Training Provided

Comfort Inn is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team! If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first and last person our guests see, you'll play an important role in making every stay memorable. From welcoming guests at check-in to assisting throughout their stay, you'll help create the outstanding service that keeps guests coming back.

No hotel experience? No problem! If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

This position is primarily 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), making it a great fit for college students, those with morning commitments, or anyone who prefers working evenings.

What You'll Do

Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude during check-in and check-out
Answer phones and assist guests with questions, reservations, and requests
Process reservations, payments, and guest information accurately
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Share information about hotel amenities, local restaurants, and nearby attractions
Complete daily front desk duties and shift reports
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Work with your teammates to provide an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Availability to work primarily 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed
