Full Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Title & Escrow Officer with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team. This role is essential in guiding clients through the real estate closing process by coordinating documentation, managing funds, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and professionally with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the closing process.

Review and prepare title commitments, policies, and closing documents with accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate and schedule real estate closings, ensuring all parties understand the process and required documentation.

Manage escrow accounts and disburse funds in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Record finalized documents with the appropriate county and state offices.

Provide timely updates and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and professional manner.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service focused — patient, professional, and solutions-oriented.

Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software systems.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Experience in title, escrow, or real estate transactions is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with title insurance policies, closings, or escrow processes is a plus.

Licensed Notary - State of Ohio

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
