Job Description
At ProviderTrust, trust isn’t just a feature—it’s our foundation. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who brings a strategic, product-mindset approach from early discovery through to solution definition, readying work for a seamless transition into product delivery.
In this role, you’ll lead upstream product activities: framing problems worth solving, identifying market and client needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to shape validated, aligned product solutions that deliver real impact. You’ll help guide the “why” behind what we build, ensuring our work reflects ProviderTrust’s company goals, platform vision, and the people we serve.
You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative, resilient—and excited to help others grow and succeed.
This role embodies our values: staying positive through ambiguity, building honest and diverse relationships, embracing failure as fuel for growth, and always doing what is right for our clients, our team, and the populations we protect.
Suggested Skills and Experience
- 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in healthcare, regulatory tech, or data platform environments is a plus
- Demonstrated success in leading early-stage product discovery and solution definition
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions—including experience working with executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Proficiency with various product innovation frameworks
- Experience creating product artifacts: problem statements, value props, opportunity assessments, and pitch decks
- Ability to think big and scale smart, balancing strategic ambition with operational feasibility
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to bring clarity and structure where it’s lacking
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Discovery: Identify and prioritize meaningful problems by synthesizing market trends, customer insights, and internal opportunities.
- Define Solutions: Guide cross-functional teams through collaborative solutioning, ensuring that concepts are validated, feasible, and aligned to the ProviderTrust platform vision.
- Support Handoff to Delivery: Prepare and transition clearly defined solutions to product delivery teams, ensuring that the “why” and “what” are deeply understood.
- Tell the Story: Communicate product direction through compelling, data-informed narratives and product artifacts that bring clarity to leadership and downstream teams.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build open and trusting relationships with engineering, design, data, marketing, and client teams to ensure product ideas are both visionary and executable.
- Lead by Influence: Help others grow and succeed by creating space for diverse voices, constructive conflict, and shared success.
- Model our Values: Show up with authentic positivity, lead with curiosity, advocate for diverse perspectives, and act with integrity even when it’s challenging.
Practice Excellence:
- Own the Outcome of product initiatives
- Delegate Well across team boundaries
- Think Big, Scale Smart in every solution
- Drive Your Growth by welcoming feedback and learning
- Consider the Client in every decision you make
