Job Summary
This is an extremely unique opportunity in the hospitality and golf industry. If you are someone who loves people, has a heart to serve, and wants to build something special – this is for you!

Black Diamond Ranch Golf Club located in beautiful Lecanto, Florida, features 45 Holes of distinctly different Florida golf, amazing practice facilities and a 4-hole Short Course. Legendary Golf Writer Dan Jenkins has touted Quarry holes 13-17 as the best 5 consecutive holes in golf. The Club has recently gone through a 15+ million dollar transformation including our newly designed Ranch Course, World Class Member Cottages and an updated Clubhouse.

Our membership roster is made up of successful business owners, doctors, CPA’s, lawyers, entrepreneurs and community leaders. As we are looking to add similar-minded and pedigreed individuals as Members, the person in the Membership Sales Director role must have a proven track record of selling luxury lifestyle products to a discerning clientele.

Responsibilities include generating leads by way of referrals, networking, and being the face of the Club in the community along with guiding prospective Members through the enrollment process. Influence and an existing network within the market is a major plus.

We want to work with people who will do whatever it takes to succeed, including taking full advantage of our top-of-the-line sales training. While the package lists a generous pay scale*, our Membership Directors have unlimited upside earning potential. We are looking for someone with passion, a heart to serve, and a strong desire to win; not just individually, but as a team. Experience
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for sales purposes
- Prior experience in managing membership programs is a plus

- Marketing experience is a plus
