Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports civil design, land development, hydrology, hydraulics, and infrastructure projects within a growing architectural and design services environment.

This Civil Engineer opportunity is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys project ownership, client collaboration, and solving complex engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities

Perform civil engineering design for land development and infrastructure projects.
Apply hydrology and hydraulics principles to support project analysis, technical recommendations, and design solutions.
Develop, review, and revise engineering plans, construction documents, and project deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Conduct modeling and analysis using HEC-RAS for applicable civil engineering projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedules, quality standards, and client expectations.
Prepare technical reports, plans, documentation, and project communications for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
Fundamentals of Engineering required/ PE Preferred
5–10 years of relevant civil engineering experience

Technical Skills:

Strong working knowledge of HEC-RAS
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience in project design, land development, and hydrology/hydraulics

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
Job type: Direct hire.
