Full Job Description

Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify damage, defects, leaks, and maintenance concerns
Evaluate roof conditions and document findings through detailed reports and photographs
Inspect roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing
Perform moisture surveys and condition assessments when needed
Communicate inspection findings to project managers, property managers, and customers
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Maintain accurate inspection records and field documentation
Travel to commercial job sites as required

Requirements

Experience with commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, and metal)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Good communication and customer service skills
