Full Job Description

Dress Code: As directed by the company policy.

Date & Time: 07/21 - 09/16 (Monday through Sunday), starting from 8am to 4:00pm EST

Experienced Turn Down Attendant / Room Attendant
Provide exceptional turn-down and housekeeping services in a luxury hotel environment. Candidates must have prior hotel housekeeping or turn-down experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend daily briefings and review room assignments.
Perform turn-down service and clean guest rooms to hotel standards.
Make beds, replace linens and towels, replenish amenities, and refresh guest rooms.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
Vacuum, mop, empty trash, and maintain overall room presentation.
Respect guest privacy and respond professionally to guest requests.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost & found items.
Maintain quality standards, update room statuses, and meet productivity goals.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

* Prior cleaning experience required

* Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field

* Must have ability to work weekends and holidays

* Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing

* Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction

* Must be able to multi-task

* Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)

* Must be 18 years or older

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Experience:

House keeping : 1 year (Required)
