A legal administrative assistant handles the day-to-day operations of a law firm. They act as a critical support system for attorneys and paralegals, handling essential tasks such as drafting and formatting legal documents, managing schedules, maintaining client confidentiality, and coordinating communication with courts and clients. Document Management: Draft, proofread, format, and file basic legal correspondence, briefs, and pleadings. Assist with e-filing documents with state and federal courts.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and trial dates for attorneys.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Billing and Administration: Enter time logs, process expense reports, and generate client invoices.
File Organization: Maintain both physical and electronic case files, ensuring documents are up to date and secure. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
