Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager

Location: Lebanon, PA
Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Quality Control Manager to lead and manage QA/QC programs across construction and mission-critical projects including data centers, commercial, industrial, and ground-up builds including Federal Projects. The Quality Control Manager will own quality processes, inspections, documentation (RFIs, Submittals), and contractor coordination to ensure work complies with contract documents, industry standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA/QC programs for construction, mission-critical, and data center projects.
Facilitate quality meetings and resolve non-conformances with project teams and stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and federal requirements.
Manage Submittals and RFIs using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
Track and close CARs, NCRs, punch lists, and quality logs.
Review subcontractor and supplier quality, oversee inspections, and verify material compliance.
Perform QA/QC audits, milestone readiness reviews, and final acceptance inspections.
Train and mentor QC staff on quality procedures, testing, and inspections.
Maintain quality documentation, test reports, and project closeout records.
Partner with Safety, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams to integrate quality with schedule and cost objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction; prior QC/QA leadership experience preferred.
Experience with mission-critical, data center, commercial, industrial, or federal projects.
Proficiency managing RFIs, submittals, and QA/QC documentation; Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, codes, and standards.
Familiarity with commissioning, testing procedures, and third-party inspections.
Relevant certifications preferred (ASQ CQI, CQM, OSHA 30, or equivalent).
