We are expanding our Sushi Chef team due to increasing demand and are now looking for an individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for sushi and a willingness to learn about Japanese cuisine. The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience preparing sushi, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of both taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops and serves delicious, high-quality sushi in an exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fish. Cutting, cleaning, deboning, filet
- Prepare other Japanese food.
- Communicate with customers.
- Communicate with fellow workers.
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, sushi
- Keep sushi bar area clean
Experienced at least 5 years required.
