Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or services as needed.
Provide customer support by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting principles is advantageous.
Familiarity with office management practices, including filing systems and clerical duties.
Typing proficiency is required for efficient data entry tasks.
